they are bots so it's very possible they didn't read the rules and also read your warning
Sometimes I actually do feel the same way; no matter the content of the thread, they don't even bother to check what's all about. Even though it's clearly stated, "don't apply," you will still see users filling up their regular application form.
Just after your comment, another dude dropped proof of authentication, as they call it. It appears that rules are not being followed here.
