Some exchanges right now are offering suchs a service but I don't know if your country is supported.

Wow, NotATether is maintaining such a big list of Crypto Debit Cards, didn't knew this existed. Thanks for sharing. I see most of the cards are valid and working fine only for EU & EEA countries.
More big exchanges and companies should be going forward to cater countries in Asia. That will help them grow much faster however I think the only issue is Govt restrictions with them.

As for bitcointalk threads, you'll get better results with https://ninjastic.space/search as well as better filters. OP may use the website as well if they're interested in checking individual threads or just posts made about a certain card which I recommend doing as part of due diligence.

Agree, crypto scam from f owners coins payments/another services is popular scam theme. Trasted companys is more good for this. And if coinbase tall what they cant work with USA and anoter say what they work with USA, another company  may be scam.
