Hmm, He's obsessed with Bitcoin and it is obvious for him to ask about such things to start a discussion on it because he made some decent efforts to create an account and ask this question. Thour you should not hurt the emotions of the subscribers by reporting the emails, please show some respect as these emails help's them a lot to stay updated haha (Just kidding as the forum is getting worse with the political topics in this section).

Do you actually cares, aren't you tired of their continues flooding of updates to you, maybe they only wanted you to take some rest because they resume back, and i hope it wasn't that you were the one who unsubscribe for tier mails unknowing to you, aside that, you may try to check if their other social media handles are still functioning with the news updates aside the ones coming form the mail, lastly, its not bad if you can also subscribe to another platform for continues spamming of mails.

I don't subscribe to the magazine, therefore I am not experiencing this issue. I didn't know there is a Bitcoin magazine that delivers physical paper magazines to their subscribers. If you can't reach them via emails then find an alternative channel through which you can reach them. Do they have social Media handles? Are they on Reddit? If none of this works , then chill for some time and try again. Good luck

I have never had the same problem as you, because I do not want to subscribe to a Bitcoin magazine. Now everything is sophisticated and whatever information about Bitcoin we can get easily without having to subscribe to a Bitcoin magazine, in my opinion subscribing to a Bitcoin magazine is a waste of money.

Why don't you use the internet to finds news to get updated and if you want to learn more then this forum is good for you to learn like newbies who joined this forum not long ago and those who are once a newbie before. It's much better if you have more than one source of news or something like that when the other source doesn't give anything so the other source so you'll be able to read what you wanted to read about bitcoin news.

OP has concerns about Bitcoin Magazine not sending physical copies, not Emails.  They probably paid for some magazines and did not receive them yet.

I totally agree that someone should be angry if they paid for magazines but did not get them. Company should answer emails and help customers. Even with digital options people still like physical magazines for collecting and reading. Companies should respect that choice. Customers deserve to get what they paid for on time and get help when needed. Good service keeps customers happy and loyal. I hope he will get it soon.

I hate to bump this thread (especially since OP never bothered to make more than his original post), but this thread is totally relevant to a problem I'm having with bitcoinmagazine.com.  I've been collecting back issues recently, and right now they've been giving me the runaround.  I placed two orders at the end of December and when a couple of weeks went by without either order being processed, I e-mailed them.  The reply I got was that the holidays made everything busier, blah blah blah.  Then a couple more weeks later with my order status still showing "unprocessed" I e-mailed them again and my tone was far more stern.  I asked them for an estimate as to when they were going to ship everything (which totaled about $295)....and I got no response.

Curious as to if anyone has had a shitty experience with them lately.  Speaking of shitty, most of the replies here are absolute garbage.  Maybe I should start up a scam accusation?

might be moved to the off topic section because bitcoin magazine is not actually affiliated with bitcoin, no? so it’s not like the news delivered is always credible and accurate

but anyway as you can see from the replies it seems like not a lot of members have subscribed so maybe you should have checked their platform first before going here to the forum or maybe you unsubscribed accidentally
