Nah. There's no way charges wouldn't be concocted against them & they get arrested -- even extradited to the US from whatever other country they may currently be in. It would be a total catastrophe. Best case scenario: Satoshi is a team of people from the NSA, or else deceased (RIP if true).

Satoshi did create the forum. Even if the current administrators had any information that could expose his identity it would be unethical for them to reveal it without his consent. It would destroy their credibility and who knows what kind of consequences this would have, for Satoshi personally, and for the Bitcoin ecosystem as a whole.
