I would wait their evaluation and response for KYC to be completed and only after this I will complain for a refused withdrawal.
Have you tried to contact them in private? What do they say from the support? Have you verified what are the timelines for KYC evaluation?

after I sent my
documents I received this email but it's been more than 48
hours, why were the first withdrawals approved and the others declined?
This is the message I received from them:

Kindly allow our team 24 to 48 hours to review your documents.
