Indonesia is one of the countries in Southeast Asia wherein rapid economic growth can be seen. People in the country easily grasp these concepts, and are developing rapidly in the fintech space. It's not a surprise if they are urging the new generation to learn cryptocurrencies at all given that the said space is relatively young and is ripe for the taking. These young ones will excel in the space if given the right amount of education, and if there are mentors that are willing enough to share their knowledge to them.

It's high time that countries teach the younger generations to be more aware on money matters, not only in crypto but also in economics. Back in my day, I had to learn everything from scratch, and I'm just figuring a lot of things just now as an adult when I should have known these way earlier.


That is why the community should also help monitor the progress on these projects, and help put a stop to it right even before it taints the mind of the learners. It's highly likely that people are only using buzzwords and crypto to gain the attention of other people, then eventually use that against the same people they swore to help. Though because of that, people who are genuinely wanting to help are starting to feel a little bit disheartened because of the actions of a few people as they are also scared of being tagged as scammers due to their initiatives.

It's only the same community who will help build its next great minds that will represent them, so better be involved on these initiatives and be one of the first ones to put a stop to it if it's being used for nefarious intentions.

That's right, most people here think that investing in Bitcoin is like gambling and it can give someone quick money. That's why the thing that must be emphasized is not only education about Bitcoin, but also how to invest properly and the risk of investing in Bitcoin, so that these young people not only understand what Bitcoin is, but can also invest in Bitcoin properly and the risk of potential losses can be minimized.

I am not sure what is the main reason of these one but if their main goal is to make those children knowledgeable about bitcoin and crypto then thier obligation also stands to let them know how to handle the ups and downs .
also to consider teaching them how not to get involved in gambling .

Hufft...at first I thought they would bring a change for the better to just educate ordinary people who often ask “Crypto is what? blockchain is what?” but it turned out that it was just my expectation, they did not do it sincerely, but expected something else, so that people who had initially decided to join, had high enthusiasm and yes ended up with a face full of regret.

Here basically the primary and secondary level students are explained about the use of Bitcoin and the importance of Bitcoin in the future. Inflation can massively destroy an economic system and this educational approach is taken to convince young children that Bitcoin works against inflation. Important things to avoid losing money through online gambling were usually an important part of this education. If such an educational system is implemented in Indonesia, the school and college level children will surely understand the important use of Bitcoin and its future help in solving inflation.

Everybody starts from somewhere: everybody who started badly has a chance to discover or rediscover BTC for themselves. The only question would be the desire to do so.

Just as so many people called it a bubble, a scam and other bad names, some even predicted that it would never get to $100k, but many of such people today are now interested in BTC. Even the president-elect of the United States was previously a critic of BTC and crypto, but during his campaign, BTC was one of his strategies to score points in the election. People who do not understand BTC tend to say very wrong things about it, until they understand it.

I don’t think that’s true, regulations are already inevitable, and it’s normal for a country to require taxes when people make money. I mean, there’s probably no country that can survive without collecting taxes. Considering Bitcoin and crypto are trillion-dollar markets, the government sees it as an opportunity to generate revenue.

After all, the main purpose of regulation is to protect the market’s integrity and reduce scams, and if they’re doing their job to keep things fair and safe, then it makes sense for them to collect taxes. But, of course, those taxes should be reasonable as nobody wants to feel ripped off.

It's a good initiative mate.. I wish such would actually be seen in my country. Though cryptocurrency isn't banned but the government in a way dislikes the whole idea and chase after most cryptocurrency platforms. Well, for the next generation it would be a good thing that they have an idea about this great technology that will be handed over to them soon. They have to understand the basic now so when it's time they wont have much trouble knowing what and how to go about it. If most educational system would agree to teach their children about cryptocurrency and financial systems then it would help a long way for those who has dream of becoming independent in the future..
