In my opinion, we cannot take that picture alone as the literal measurement of how much the treasure will worth it. I understand that the guy who wrote this book is already rich and successful enough, but I still doubt that anyone will give that much money freely, not even the rich one. He must have calculated the amount of the treasure's value compared of how much he will receive revenue through sales, especially because he is rich and successful, he must have a good prediction and calculation. If the treasure is really that big, it must have taken a quite long time before someone found it.

I learned about this treasure hunt in a recently released documentary that deals with one of the largest treasure hunts in modern history, involving hundreds of thousands of people, and it is about the famous Forrest Fenn treasure.
