bc game, please respond to my complaint
As mentioned above, they did already responded to your complaint. You found out to be multi-accounting. Or were you saying that their findings is incorrect? Though I doubt that it's the case [as casinos usually are very sure when it comes to such situation due to their multi-cross-reference that support their ruling], I'll try to bring this to their attention and see if there is anything that could convince them to give another response.
Actually there is no word about multi-accounting, they mentioned "prohibited techniques", whatever that means though. Sometimes when they mention this it means the player used like bots or something like arbitrage betting. In my opinion though, flagging accounts for arbitrage betting is total nonsense and also hard to prove. Well, whatever it is, they should at least say exactly what he has done wrong instead of leaving him and everybody else guessing. No matter what it was, having a 2nd account doesn't seem to be the problem here.
I guess, it is slightly possible that I misinterpret their meaning?

Hello modric007,
Unfortunately after thorough examination of your account, our team find connection to other accounts as well as signs of sportsbetting abuses. The account block will not be reinstated.
Well, confesticating winnings is different; holding the deposit is different.
I believe, if there was abuse going on; the best move BC should do is to give back OP his deposit and ban him permanently (if he is proved to be guilty of doing prohibited practices such as multi-acc).
Holding the deposit should not be in the power of any casino in any matter.
Not unless the balance itself comes from the profit of the previous action which is the abused on sports betting which I believed they have grounds to confiscate since they already established the connection.
I will agree to you if the OP is just being restricted for violating the terms that doesnt involved multiple accounting connections that made a profit already from previous account on same casino.
If OP is in profit, yes your argument seems better.
This is what I'll try to find out when I managed to reach my contact [this is weekend, and all of my contacts, even the spare ones, are on slow mode], about his total deposit/withdrawal from all of his account combined. In most [if not every cases] casinos are not interested in holding funds that is not theirs. They'll only confiscate funds if the player is in overall profit, to cover the losses the casino experienced from the abusive behavior.
I'll find out more when I managed to get my BC contact.
