Ok so Ive continued to try and still it will not pass no mater what I do. I done exactly what BcGame.support told me to on a different forum which was send them a email and yet still no response. Its going on 10 days now and Im no closer to reaching a solution than I was on day 1. If anyone can please help me get this resolved Ill gladly pay whoever $100 just to get this over with.
Umm... I can understand that it is easier said than done, but if you'd like to follow my previous suggestion, to wait while I am getting to the bottom of it, I'll really appreciate the gesture. My concern was, by keep on trying and getting locked out, it'll add more issue to your list. Though I believe my contacts at BC can easily remedied that situation, suppose it arised, might still be better if we have it as simple as we can.

sadly there is not much that can be done. hopefully, holydarkness can get to the bottom of your issue with one of his contacts on bc.game and finally fix the problem.
perhaps if the issue still isn't resolved after a few days I'll try and PM their representative again and hopefully can get more information on what is going on and finally fix the issue.
Yeah, I am sitting with my contact right now. I still have to stick with my "spare" contact as the staff that usually handle things and talk with me are still unreachable [though the night is still young], but that shouldn't be much of an issue as I believe they'll still give their best to get the situations against them cleared through several interdepartmental communication.
I'll get to OP's case later, my contact is currently looking at another case I shoved into their plate.
