2 cases like this reported 90 minutes apart is quite a strange occurrence. I mean first we had 230k$ and now it's somebody else with 350k?

Normally we see small amount complaints (except 1 time, which got resolved) but back to back huge amounts is something new. I wonder how did both of you found this forum and decided to post here? I mean for seeking help there are honestly better ways.

I guess we randomly found eachother, I googled "bc game withdrawal suspended" and I got to the bitcointalk forums, where I saw A LOT of threads, so I decided to give it a go, so I get attention at last.

Additionally, I have an account with another casino with ~4.6M USD wager. I got to bc.game 2 months ago, because i went on a cold streak at the other casino and this is my first try at withdrawing money, after putting >50k usd into my bcgame wallet.

I have no intentions in making bc.game look bad, I just want answers and not being stuck in the "come back in 24 hours" loophole.

Definitely not bankrupt, since they have over 800k in their ETH hot wallet.

Of course, it is understandable, you want your money, just like anyone would. Since Holydarkness has sent out PM's to his contacts at BC Game, let us hope they respond as soon as possible and get to the bottom of this. I don't like it when people get their withdrawal suspended whenever they win "big", it is frustrating and it happens often with many casinos.

One of the reason why account were being suspended and got investigated when they win big and not before is because the investigation were needed following the big win to ensure fairness. As always, if you did nothing wrong and win fairly, there is nothing to be worried about. They'll release your fund after investigation [that's probably requested by their provider]
