Unfortunately, this is one of the few instances where I can't do
any help, other than adding it to my list. Stake is the only [so far] casino that I can't reach and help get solution, as their rep who frequently sweep this board and report it to their support team explicitly tell me not to reach her to inform her about any future case. Thus, PMing her will automatically --I assume-- count as unsolicited PM, and I refrained from reaching Stake through her ever since.
I've tried to reach a friend, and a friend of a friend, and a friend of a friend of a friend, basically anyone connected with Stake to get me someone who can sit with me and get things done, much like other casinos do, but even them bumped into a deadend.
