Most likely it will be El Salvador. They are the first  country allowed Bitcoin as a legal tendar. They adopted it in 2021.

They can do it to so that dependency on US dollar will reduce.

As a Rival country Russia , I hope they won't seat back. They will defenetly grab the deal. Also there's Garmany ,Hongkong and Poland can adopt this.

The USA strategic reserve is from seized bitcoin and there is no plan, at least now, of purchasing more bitcoin from national reserved money.

It's actually the US that followed the footsteps of other countries as far as Bitcoin is concerned. As to which country would follow the US, there's a number of countries that have shown interest.

The Czech National Bank, for example, has mentioned that it considers having a portion of its Euro reserve in Bitcoin. There are also countries like Argentina, Japan, Brazil, and others where bills for a Bitcoin strategic reserve are filed.

Belarus has also considered going into Bitcoin mining to accumulate Bitcoin reserve. Even Russia could get into the game.

It is hard to say, for a very long time the United States has been looking into the structures of adopting bitcoin for it own federal economy reserve but since then, the jurisdiction panels in concerned has been debating from a point to another, one after the other up til this day that they have not yet implemented the Trumps proposal.
This is also decentralized financial system we are talking about here and a country can not just blindly take a follow up just because the US has done so. When the country faces with an economy breakdown at it cost I don't if the US will help out so, for any other country to follow suit, there must had been economical and technical analysis so they don't entrap their own economy system due to copying the US in the move on the decentralized reserve on bitcoin.

That can not be quickly because everything need research and evaluation and other things. Using Bitcoin as the reserve need time before a country implement that because many officials government need to learn before they decide.

We don't know what country will follow the moves of the US but maybe some countries already do that without waiting for the US. They don't have to announce to public that now they have a strategic reserve in Bitcoin but they can hide it and be it as a surprise to other countries.

Maybe China, Russia, or other countries. But whatever that, we can wait for the good news that will impact to the crypto market.

now why would el salavdor follow us when they have been the first one to do it even before the us? they might not be adding bitcoin to their national reserve but they have their own strategic bitcoin reserve separate from their national reserve which i think is even more positive since they really are buying bitcoin and not just holding the ones they confiscated from cases like what usa is doing
