I don't think anyone in their right mind will donate to this clown, maybe he is donating to himself all in a bid to create more attention to himself using BTC, like he always does. Peter loves the attention and even if he may be a clown, i think he knows how to attract attention and get the BTC community to waste their time discussing about him. Even if you have thousands of BTC, don't send dust to such a man.
I believe differently; I don't think he is donating it to himself. I consider that his tweet to be a provocative one. He's a businessman, and he knows how to toy with people's brains. Some people will take it like a challenge and be sending him some SATs.
From the transaction history, it's majorly deposits of small amounts; even with less than $1, they are being sent to him, which I believe are from those wanting to also play around with him. Whatever his intentions are, let's see where it will lead to.
