I thought the price of bitcoin is about to get to $1 million right now. Probably you did not see it very well or you did not expect what the price had went up to when Trump announced it. Bitcoin price right now is $980,500 and not $98,500. People are really buying bitcoin.

Until April 2, it's difficult not to take any information casually. I don't even know if Trump actually posted this since I've not really been active on X for some time. What is obvious is that BTC would pump to $200k in less than 3 months if the US government end of making it a legal tender. US and China are the real economic behemoths of this century and must be taken seriously by the crypto community.

Trump can make it and another President can revoke Bitcoin Legal Tender in the USA. El Salvador made Bitcoin legal tender practically years ago but lately they have to revoke it. I am not mastering laws and institution in the USA, but if possible, other Presidents will try to revoke it.

I did not watch Bitcoin price and shocked when you shared this price. I checked and its price is about only $85,000, not at $98,500. It makes me think this topic including Trump tweet is like April Fool. Not sure and it's only my guess especially today is 1 April.

another edition of April fool that is already getting at people. for all we care, even if this is not April fool, Trump's statement don't carry weight like it used to in the past. he can say all he wants to say, if there's no implementation, it is as good as not saying a thing at all.

Of all day that the price would go up, April 1st is something that people wouldn't think of. Just proved there are really people out there just waiting for some news like this and jump right into it.  

Could this be a good time to sell and buy back the next day because I think this is an opportunity already to at least earn some and win more tomorrow.

The thing is though, he may say it for real in the future. Nobody can guarantee he won’t. Especially when Elon is on the same team with him. I’d say anything is possible.

If he sees an opportunity for the US in making btc legal tender, he probably won’t hesitate.

He doesn’t do it now because

1- He thinks the potential benefits of making btc a legal tender is not great.
2- He thinks it is a ridiculous idea.

Since the OP is making a joke out of that idea, he probably thinks it is a ridiculous idea as well but I am not interested in that part.

Now I am waiting on China's next move, like if they retaliate then market will dump more IMO.

I felt happy at the first instance when I read about Trump's tweet on making Bitcoin legal tender in the US.  What caught me off at the second glance was when I saw the OP stating that Bitcoin has reached $98,500 when it hasn't crossed $86k today. Then I realize it's all a prank
