I do not think being a new member of this forum is that hard.  All one to do is to register, read, ask question if confused, contribute to the discussion if he is interested, take a break if busy in real life, come back and interact again in the forum.  

There is no pressure or whatsoever fo the newbie to stay here in the forum.  The only thing that complicates this is when this newbie aims for the monetary benefits that can be seen in the forum.;  By then they have to work their ass to rank up in the shortest period so that they can get in on the opportunity given by our hardworking campaign managers.

If newbies just want to be a normal member of the forum without aiming for anything about finances then he will see that it isn't that hard to follow the forum rules and guidelines.

Their mindset is, if they can’t make instant profits from this forum, then there’s no reason to stay longer and grow their account. That’s how greedy majority of the newbies are, that they expect to join immediately in a signature campaign and get paid, like putting their shoes on the old members in the forum where patience and genuine interest to learn are there, compared to them where their initial purpose is to make money, learning from the forum is just a secondary goal.

Newbies are very overzealous set of people you know. Some of them come here full of energy and dreams but even when the zeal is there, they haven’t got what it takes to endure the stretches that the forum would do to them. The forum is an enduring place and if you haven’t got what it takes to persevere even when you aren’t seeing a light at the end of the tunnel just yet, then you would be minutes away from giving up.

Most newbies haven’t discovered that there is a thing could merit and the importance of ranks, their focus is changed and every move is towards merits and ranking up. When they don’t get it, then they even forget about the idea of Bitcoin and that’s how you see them leaving the forum for good.

There are others that, writing isn’t exactly there thing, they hope to participate but, they aren’t into much writing and that’s how you can participate here aside being a guest. When they can’t, they give up too.

On all that, there are those that would strive and the forum continues to endure.

I think everyone has their own definite reasons for joining this forum. I'm sure they consider the benefits; it's just like when I joined for the first time. I wanted to increase my trading knowledge, so out of curiosity and engaging in discussions, being part of a forum became a habit. Collaborating and mutually sharing and seeking new knowledge creates a dependency on each other. It seems that for now, finding a forum purely for reasons without personal gain will be difficult. I think they have other specific reasons why they continue to be a part of the forum. IMO

If someone is looking for ways to make money online (crypto category), then one of the suggestions is to become a bounty hunter. In the past, many new users signed up because they wanted to become bounty hunters or airdrop hunters, but over time, the rewards were no longer profitable and user interest decreased. Older users turn to signature campaigns, but newer users won't know about this one if they don't have a mentor out there.

The main motive of new users is usually to make money while learning, but there are also those who do the opposite. The bitcointalk forum used to be considered a honeypot because of its bounty program that paid out thousands of dollars to participants, but then its bounty reputation was lost due to thousands of fake and undeveloped projects.

Many people are getting it twisted.

There is a difference between learning something and becoming active on the forum.

Many users on here talk less of people that are not active, the question is can you force someone to be active when they no longer see any reason to be?

Some people come on here to find answers and to get the answer they need to create a newbie account and ask the question, if they no longer see any reason to stick around after then they will stop using the forum.

There is no crime in this habit, it is norm on human nature, at least not everyone on the forum is like this.

If involvement in the forum is only to learn a few things that are considered important then why think about increasing the account ranking or getting paid. Most people want extra money from the campaigns they participate in, but if this is the basis for them to register on the forum in the first place, it will cause problems when they do not achieve what they want. If that is the goal, then anyone will find it difficult to achieve consistency in the forum because what they want is not achieved and eventually give up.

These difficulties are caused by the unwillingness to learn to understand and the forum is not limited to anything because you are free to walk for certain interests that we want and that makes the condition worse because a beginner thinks instantly and does not want to know the learning process.

That’s just the facts: a lot of newbies lose interest in this bitcoin forum, as most of them find it difficult to navigate the forum and achieve whatever they want in this life. They must be patient before they can get what they want. But most newbies think that immediately after they introduce themselves to this forum, they can begin earning money within a month.

They're unaware that nothing good comes easily; there's no easy way to make money, and one thing about this forum is that it takes long periods of time before a newbie should rank up their account; but they think that once they begin posting in the forum, they will quickly rank up.

One thing we need to know is that primarily the aim of the forum is not as that of a place where to make money but as a platform where knowledge of Bitcoin and it's related including various facts about life are shared among like minds even though at some point one can get paid through a signature campaigns that is just a privilege for meaningful contributions in the forum that is to say any newbie who joined the community and with such mindsets and eagerness to make money in the forum can easily get tired when their plans are not forth coming just as they wanted it. There is so much to learn in the forum generally.
