You are entitled to get your initial deposit but you should clarify if that 13K total deposit is done at one go or in tranches since you created your account last February.

I’m not well versed on casino refunds ToS when you get caught violating ToS with restricted country but I believe all the losses done is already gone while those bankroll that still doesn’t loss are the one that can withdraw minus profit.

They don't say here absolutely nothing regarding confiscating the money of people from these territories. Unbelieve.

They don't say in any part on their T&C that they can confiscate the money of anyone.

Now I do not support what Razed.com did but as a user, you should take more time to take a look at the Terms of Service before you make any deposit. The fact that Spain users are not allowed, but then you went ahead to sign up with them is not good at all.

I initiated a complain in casinoguru, and askgamblers.
This is their fault not mine, or in any case both fault. Casino, and mine.
In that case, or you give back the deposits, or the balance. But you don't take all the money for yourself. This is a non-sense.

If this is allowed, it means that i can open any business, and put in the T&C that every country is forbidden. Then, when someone subscribe any product from my website, i just take the money, because you broke the T&C.

What else do you expect from them? I saw your thread last night but forgot to write you back. Even if the casino does not return you a single penny, you cannot do anything against them. Before any player signs up, they must accept the TOS and check the restricted region. It is your responsibility to check if they accept players from your country.

You should be happy that they refunded your latest deposit. Why would they return all the deposit you made? Didn't you lose them before they caught you? People like you create accounts everywhere without checking the rules and later blame the casino. LOL. You should be punished.

Did you know that most casinos would ban your account just because of this.
Casinos offer those bonuses to attract new customers. If your only intention is to take advantage of the bonuses, make some profit and then leave, sorry they won't accept that.
You need to understand that casinos do not give free money.
