Ok listen, we as the poker community here will grant you
3 holidays per year. I think that is more than enough. If you keep working like this and get your job done, we might increase your number of holidays from 3 to 4 per year. I hope you understand that you have some obligations to fulfill here. You can't just chill on the couch, that's not how it works!
Once we have 21 poker tournaments a week, I think a 4th holiday would be justifiable. As for the working hours, it's ok if you are 18 hours around per day. That's more than enough time to eat and sleep during the remaining 6 hours.
