This is a very interesting topic to discuss. If there is a severe economic crisis, believe me that instincts will revive us and majority of people will start selling every asset they have because they'll be in panic but this is definitely the moment that some smart people can use for their own benefit. By the way, what is a safe asset during the war if you live in a country that's getting bombed? If you buy a gold, your gold might become dust with you in that country but if you escape and move in a safe-zone country, then there are opportunities. To my mind, the best investment during war is (let's pretend you won't be bombed and killed) gold, pharma stocks and weapon manuacturers' stocks.

Yes, this war does have a little impact, we can see when the US attacked Iran's nuclear site the price of bitcoin dropped but after Trump declared a ceasefire the price of bitcoin rose again. Because of course the effect of war on crypto is there, especially since people start to panic to save their assets, because the war creates uncertainty in the global market and during the war the direction of the economy is also very easy to change, because with one attack or one statement from one of the countries in conflict can change everything. Not to mention as you said the damage to infrastructure and the many businesses that suffered losses from all parties will certainly have an impact on the market.

If you look at the current war agreement, it seems that a meeting point has been found and will not be continued, both parties have agreed to a ceasefire. However, if there is another war, it is not impossible that the price will fall again because this threatens the closure of the Strait of Hormuz which will have a major impact on the global economy and this will also have an impact on crypto. Having short-term price decline isn’t bad at all, as it could offer great opportunity for new investors to accumulate bitcoin as much as they can. However, the bad thing is, if this opportunity is a result from having a war where numerous people have been affected, then I don’t see it a good opportunity at all.

I just hope that Iran and Israel will totally agreed on that ceasefire, and there’ll be no signs of retaliation after a month or year. Otherwise, the whole world will be threaten and this time it could be a very worst scenario that no any country would want to experience.

The market doesn't really care what causes the downtrend - it just reacts, and we should do the same, even though I agree that more stability means more opportunities for us to stay afloat and just keep grinding.

I would say that the broader market is affected first, then comes the markets smaller than it is - ones of which is the crypto market, the one which is much riskier in the perspective.

That's why investors pull off from it more than anything, - because it's the line that's not as concrete as they would want it to be, at least as for now.

Bitcoin doesn't react to something on that scale so sharply - sure, a dip or correction would be okay, and even something bigger would be - because such events shake everything up before turning everything back to where we were once stability is there.

China had the opportunity to govern this crypto space but she faltered and unwittingly gave it out with her ban of cryptos in 2017 and subsequent bans that followed other years. China is a world power just like the US is. America is talking and acting positive towards cryptos. It's only natural that many people will be looking towards the US for fundamentals. Whatever news on cryptos that come out there is enough to either make price dump or pump. That way, it goes to show whose voice we listen to while picking trades or making investment choices.
