I think that up to 29, you are young (you are still young till your late 30s), so, I'm young and I'd say that young people are more interested in Bitcoin because we grew up with it. My parents and grandparents haven't been in touch with the tech, the tech was only available for rich people but since my childhood, tech became more accessible and now it's accessible to almost everyone. Also, when you are a kid, your brain is very plastic and it's capable of adapting very easily. Kids easily learn two languages when they start speaking and grow up in bilingual family. So, since the tech has been part of our life, that's why we are majority in crypto.

I would say that young people see profit more than anything, but, I surely hope more see what Bitcoin truly represents - the ability to be in charge of your own custody and having an alternative out there.

Currently, Bitcoin has entered the hearts of people and has become the most popular, especially young people are becoming more and more attracted to Bitcoin because Bitcoin transactions are possible in a moment and you can easily go with large amounts of money. Moreover, big countries around the world are passing the permission to keep Bitcoin in their reserves and big companies are using Bitcoin as an investment, so people are now very optimistic about Bitcoin. It's not too strange because at some moments sometimes the media also always seems to give a little encouragement or even stigma with their fud as if bitcoin is not very good then of course those who are lay will see this as another type of fraud because they will assume what is in the media or what the media reports is the truth but of course in this context we cannot just swallow what is issued by the media and the government because they have a fairly close relationship so it is quite natural when bitcoin is slightly contrary to what the government is defending now they will be seen as something bad.

As you said, a lot of young people are tech savvy and they have created their own tokens, and those tokens are the shitcoins that we criticize every day because most of them are scams. So I don't think there's any other reason why they're interested in bitcoin or the crypto industry other than profit.

But not only young people, I believe that even organizations, companies and people of the older generation are investing in bitcoin for profit, not for any other purpose. We are all the same, we are all in it for profit when we participate in bitcoin.

If only we can be honest with ourselves, this answer Op question perfectly. The era that people see bitcoin or into bitcoin because of its technological and blockchain improvements is long gone. Our youth who are mostly in the age bracket mentioned in the post shared by Op are into bitcoin purely because of monetary value and not primarily because they want to contribute to blockchain development. The privacy protection that bitcoin comes with make it more pleasant to them. The younger generations focus more on money and will partake in anything that brings more money and Bitcoin is an example of such thou with significant risk involved but who cares?
