China isn’t really pro-Bitcoin, even though they’re holding a huge portion of it from past confiscations. So I wouldn’t expect them to join the party anytime soon. But even if they don’t, it’s already enough that other major countries are starting to accumulate Bitcoin for their reserves. With limited supply, there’s only one direction the price can go.... and that’s up.

If more countries are buying bitcoin, this will make bitcoin scarce and the price will increase. If countries like China and United States are buying it as a reserve, the price will increase. Or you are thinking that they may want to sell all of a suddenly? I do not think so. Have you seen an asset like that before, that a country will buy and sell all off at once? They made their research before buying it.

Both big and small countries are currently investing in bitcoin, this is the most logical investment to make in the long term. I think China will keep the bitcoins it has for many years, they may seem to be against cryptocurrencies right now so that their own economy does not deteriorate, but I am sure they will think very differently in 5-10 years.

If they want to have the largest economy in the world when a world war breaks out, they have to take logical steps. I am sure they are making plans for this, even if secretly. It will not be easy to surpass America, they are starting to gain economic strength right now, but they are still not at the top

China don't want Bitcoin for now so don't get threaten on them since provably that for now they are out of scope. But US maybe there's some effect on the ecosystem especially if they became the largest Bitcoin holder country in the world since they have this manipulation tendency and they do it for so many times on any aspects so provably that there's good chance that it will happen on Bitcoin to.

But hopefully we won't see a worse case scenario when they try to do that and we can still use Bitcoin then see its good growth. No one can tell about what future could bring so what I can suggest to people is they should prepare for negative possibilities and focus on learnings so that they won't get fooled by any possible manipulation attempts made by this country or even with other entities.
