Betrayal from the loved ones kills faster than death itself but everyone should be prepared for anything because greed leads many to doing unbelievable things including our family members. After listening to Paul Pogba the current football player of AS Monaco and how he was betrayed by his family members I don't think I can stand again if betrayed by my family members but strangers can do it no problem.

I’ve gone through a lot of the replies, and honestly, those who have someone they genuinely trust enough to share access with — that’s a lucky position to be in.

But I also saw quite a few people expressing doubts, even about their closest friends or family. And to be fair, I don’t think that’s wrong.

This kind of thing isn’t really about right or wrong. The truth is, when money — especially crypto — is involved, people can change. It’s just how human nature works sometimes. So I get why some would rather be extra cautious. Trust is a big deal, and not everyone wants to take that kind of risk, even with family.

So, how to pass on your wealth to your loved ones without risking betrayal that’s the real dilemma.

Then don't be selfish guys.

Don't allow crypto to take over you to the point that you won't tell anyone, even your closest person in your lifeJust relax and chill.

It's not that your crypto will be doomed the moment you tell someone about it. Of course, choose an honest person. Though it's subjective to different people what an honest person is, only US can tell who the right people to put trust with. IF you don't trust anyone, then just bring your crypto assets with you when you pass away. Zero. Nada. 

Every time I see someone who doesn't want to share their crypto with anyone, even their closest loved ones. Sometimes I have negative thoughts, does crypto really bring privacy, freedom or does it make people more selfish and create more distance between family members? People are willing to doubt their relatives, even their wives and parents, who gave birth to them just for a little bitcoin, ETH...and is it worth it?

I don't know, those who don't want to share it with their loved ones and are willing to let it disappear with them, do they own millions or billions of dollars considering it more important than anything in this world?

Is Bitcoin making many of us more selfish?

It becomes a problem if you do not tell your closest family how to access your wallet. The effort to store Bitcoin for a long time will be in vain without being enjoyed by our heirs. It is actually not difficult to explain that we have assets stored in a wallet. How to access it can be told to the most trusted family members, but the key is still stored. We can tell the location of the key to access the wallet stored in a certain place.

This is where some problems come in because it's difficult to find someone whom you can trust to share your private keys with or information regarding your cryptos, because the security of your funds is now in a problem when a third party has come into play, you need to have someone who you trust to let him know the amount funds in your crypto portfolio and how to go about it should anything happen to you tomorrow. I have well-secured diary where I wrote important things regarding my funds and how to gain access, which is only known to my brother.

If you are that holding some significant amount of coins and trying out to accumulate as much as you could, then it would be just that ideal that you should be setting out some back ups on how those coins would be that be accessed at the time that you would passed away. The only reason on why people or someone do fail on doing so just because of these things:

1. Totally forgot
2. They cant just that trust up the family members and thinking that it could possibly accessed and get those funds stolen.
3. They do just believed that they wouldnt die anytime soon.  

It would be that a careless of you if you do have that kind of mindset in regarding about into your coins. Come to think that we do everything for the sake of our family and it would be that a total
waste of money or with those coins if you forgot on trying out to set those back ups. We do know that life isnt that guaranteed on which we can die on the next minute, day or weeks or months. No one really knows
and it is just that right that you should be setting out those back ups and dont let those coins comes to waste or no one would benefit it out. Just like been said that we are all that doing this for the sake of our own family and dont think off about those kind of losing up some trust or what. Its important that you do at least do tell them on how to access those coins once you do pass away.

Many people lose all of their cryptocurrency in the event of an unexpected death or other calamity.  They keep it in a secure location where they will be the only ones with access to the private keys because not everyone gives their private keys or the seed phrase to their family members or brothers. This way, if someone passes away unexpectedly, they can be sure they have assets in the cryptocurrency talk less of know how they can access to the wallet.

Because it's not like a bank account that the next of kin could go and claim against the family, it's also crucial for someone to share their crypto information with the people they trust or with their family so that, in the event of an emergency, they won't lose everything they've so far.

It’s never a problem if you end up dead. In fact, you might have no knowledge of ever owning Bitcoin but, it will sure serve its use some place else and that is; it would add to the uncirculated Bitcoin out there, making Bitcoin the more scares and valued by those who own and have access to them.

If your unfortunate event isn’t death but some temporal disability that renders your body and ability to function impossible with your Bitcoin hodlings being a source of funds to your revival, then we could have a problem but, family and friends out to know how to find a way and resolve all that later when you regain consciousness.
