Every investment has risks, not just bitcoin, and the higher the risk, the higher the return. Bitcoin used to be considered a high risk investment but I think that is no longer true as bitcoin has become widely adopted globally. The world gradually recognized its existence and it matured when its capitalization reached 2 trillion dollars. Bitcoin has become a fairly safe investment and is no longer as risky as before, but at the same time the profits are not as big as before.

Not just bitcoin, every investment requires knowledge, strategy, planning and clear goals. Investing by listening to others and imitating will never yield positive results.

To be proficient in handling bitcoin transactions or working with hardware wallets, do at least 100 transactions
(buying, selling, sending, receiving bitcoin). Preferably you want to start with smaller transactions and work your way up to larger amounts.

You can practice sending and receiving to yourself very small amounts. Not just once or twice, but at least a dozen times.
If you haven't performed a transaction in a long time, it would be a good idea to do more test transactions to make sure you don't forget
how to do them correctly. Better to screw up on small test transactions than on a large real transaction.

Do things very slowly and methodically. There is no need to rush it. It is not something you can be good at overnight.
Get used to comparing every character of the bitcoin address to verify it is the correct (send or receive) address, and don't be lazy about it.
It may seem tedious at first, but the more you do it the easier it becomes. What works for me is reading the characters 3 or 4 at a time,
verifying that it matches the corresponding characters on the screen, move on to the next 3 or 4, etc.

I deal with a lot of long VIN numbers in my auto business so I'm used to working with large strings of characters, but it takes practice.
Don't just verify the first 4 and last 4, look closely at all of them. Because to steal your bitcoin a hacker only has to alter one character
in the address.

After a while it becomes second nature and you develop "muscle" memory. But even then you don't rush things.
Double check you are entering the correct amount to buy, sell, send, receive, etc. With larger amounts triple check!

Why would bitcoin not forgive, if you made a mistake in your investment and go into loss, then later got your mistakes and learn from them, reinvest and also make back your lost profits, then it has always been able to render for a second chance which fiat couldn't and has forgiven you, because it renders a second chance.

Obviously, you can learn form your mistakes with bitcoin, but doing this is being done in the hard way, because it is more better to learn from others than by our own mistakes.

Totally agree. Before buying, learning how to handle BTC safely is key. It really does make you more independent. And yeah, trading can wait—first, secure the bag!

Apart from using bitcoin to site this example, every mistake made in life can serve as a lesson for us, it could be mistakes we made or someone else's mistake. I hear people saying how they have lost Bitcoin through clipboard virus while some people sent to old abandoned address and they lost their coin, because of this stories and the experiences of others, I am so diligent when dealing on Bitcoin transaction because I don't want to be a victim.

Storing Bitcoin on cex is still being heavily practiced by some investors, probably they don't want to learn from the experience of those victims that lost their coins on cex.

Well is common in this space we learn everyday . Sending coin to the wrong address can be indeed painful, that’s why you have to always double check the address  before sending the particular coin you planning to send .

And also concerning the buying at the top no one can actually tell which will be the top , so in such scenario the smart thing to do is to keep buying despite you purchasing at the top , because if you keep buying with Dca method and we later create new ATHs you’ll end up with some nice returns , due to fact you have been purchasing at different price intervals.

In every business a mistake will always be made for you to be better, bitcoin is not an exception. When you make a mistake you can still try again. Staying defeated is where the problem lies.

I’ve made mistakes that took lots of money from me but that didn’t stop me that’s life a lot of bitcoin investors has in one way or the other made mistake that has led to loss of coins, but they still keep pushing

Anything you are doing investment or business sometime you can make mistakes because know one is perfect, but what you will understand is that anytime you make mistakes, you should definitely learn something so that you won't repeat your self on it anymore. If you think you make mistakes and you giveup just know that you won't achieve your goal anymore. Many people have make huge mistakes in life but they are patient and continue chasing there dream and finally they get what they are looking for. Many people that lost there bitcoin dew to some not keeping there private key safe make them lose Alot of bitcoin, but still they didn't give up and they build there self more better, because they learn there lessons and they keep there things more safer to prevent more losing in the futures.

Losing is not a finally decision because sometimes you need to lose to win something in life. Just keep in mind that anything you're chasing you will achieve it in any challenges you face. Bitcoin is long term investment but if you are not patient enough to leave it in long term you will definitely lose when the market is bad and you sold it out. But know that if you didn't give up and try again you can probably achieve profit next time even he didn't reach long term because bitcoin is unpredictable.

Sadly many people are lazy, because it is not necessary to learn so much by making mistake. If one does proper research and educates themselves before using something, they can avoid most of these mistakes. People can really be stubborn and refuse to sit down and do the work that is necessary.
