    Hello,

    On June 26th, I made a withdrawal, which has not been processed to this day. I deposited around $1600, and the amount withdrawn is around $2500. On chat, they told me that my activity is being investigated and that it takes 3-5 business days. They don't want to respond to chat anymore, and they don't want to tell me anything about withdrawal.

    I can log into my account, I can play at the casino, I'm limited in betting, but I'm not interested anymore, I just want my money.

    What else can I do?
