Under normal circumstances, Bitcoin can be accepted anywhere if the sender and receiver willingly agree, but the problem lies in the jurisdiction where the transaction occurs. There are some countries that dislike Bitcoin, some are due to political stability, political interest and economic interest. Bitcoin Scalability isn't an issue, that has been sorted out since 2017. There are many Bitcoin wallets with Lightning Network LN, these wallets are available on both iOS and the Play Store. Any person can use them to accept transactions every day, and they are very fast.

I'm not sure how accurate the numbers are for Bitcoin ATMs, but they are about 31k available ATMs, and this number is increasing yearly. With more adoption, we will have more ATMs over time.

I think you sleep for too long, so you forget that Bitcoin is now accepted throughout the world, if even then Bitcoin is not accepted throughout the world, then what can you do, whether you are an influential person in this world or you are the president.

Haven't we handed the future of bitcoin over to the government a long time ago? We always expect the government to accept and issue clear regulations for it, and now we even support them to intervene more deeply in the market. By expecting them to invest in bitcoin, add bitcoin to national reserves or legitimize bitcoin as a global currency...We always feel happy when a politician, president or some organization buys a large amount of bitcoin. Not only are we dependent, but we appear to have handed the future of bitcoin over to the government and that is almost done.

Also, even if we don't want them to participate or decide the future of bitcoin, there's nothing we can do if they want to. Because they are the ones who control this world.

Personally I think OP question might have been can we make sure bitcoin is accepted as legal tender world wide because bitcoin is decentralized that it can be accepted by anyone in any country regardless of the country’s stands on bitcoin or cryptocurrency. But if the question first is about legal tender world wide I don’t see that as what we can do, it is the government that can actually effect this change, by making it a legal tender.

If the question is about it been central currency for trade been agreed by all countries then that’s one thing I don’t see the government actually doing because they have actually labeled bitcoin to be a threat to their currencies and they fear it will hinder its usage. Bitcoin is a decentralized coin and it is designed for financial freedom and anyone can hide their financial status here. The power of Bitcoin in the World Cup will be admirable but it should never be centralized. Because when Bitcoin ATMs are launched worldwide, they will definitely be connected to the bank to control it, so it will never give anyone financial freedom and it will make Bitcoin centralized. Bitcoin may be a good solution for online purchases only. When it comes to physical stores, its security will gradually become normal and the privacy issue will not be fully reflected here.

This thing has been done already back then and that's the reason why BTC continued and reach to this point because of these kinds of developments. Imagine there are many web3 apps too that also have BTC features so there's a lot of it already that exists. BTC ATMs are also across the world but only few, to be fair, there are only few people who uses it until now because people prioritize P2P transactions and store it directly to banks, then they will use Banks ATMs.
I think is the important one, spreading more information how BTC or crypto in general works, in that way people will get more curious and learn about it, more innovations will come and BTC will solidify its foundation.

Bitcoin is already accepted world wide, it just isn't accepted everywhere. You can't force adoption. Governments could force it by making it legal tender, but that is unlikely to happen and anyway people don't like when things are forced on them. Education is the key for widening acceptance, but also it has to be easy to accept and use it.

There are people and groups that work on on-boarding companies to Bitcoin at least for accepting, but this is happening locally or regionally. You won't hear about most of those online, they are busy doing the work!

You are right we can not force everyone to use Bitcoin but its global value means people everywhere know about it and can choose to accept it. Bitcoin is already seen as good long term investment with more and more companies and governments and people buying it for future showing its growing importance. And very importantly while it is good to share information about Bitcoin always be careful about your personal safety. And yes this is important to do not talk about it with strangers in risky ways and only share information through safe and proper channels to avoid danger.

If you had a credit or debit card or just you can access to a dex you can easily "use" your bitcoin... and so on...

It could not be possible to pass all transaction on main chain so for sure we will have to look on further updates like layer 2 or solutions that doesn't requres main chain.
