Holydarkness converts complaints to positive reputation for bc.game by doing the public relations for them, swooping in to save the day for players almost 100% of the time, helping you to resolve the issue by being the contact between you and bc.game
hey,
thanks a lot for your response!
I already sent holydarkness a DM in hopes that he can help me.
its actually a pretty sad situation since I actually liked BC.GAMES a lot and never had any issues with withdrawals before not even after they apparently changed their license issuer.
But telling me that I am not able to withdraw because they don't allow German players anymore all while telling me the wont assist me any further since Im from Germany is so scummy.
That's okay, sorry about your situation and I wish you luck with getting your funds back as soon as possible.
In the future, I'd recommend having searching into the history and reports of a platform. I aim to avoid any website that has valid complaints or scam accusations, even if resolved. If it happened to someone else, it can happen to you (though I do understand that this is not a first thought when a platform is already working normally for you).
It is in line with their overall shady practice to block your withdrawals and decline you of further assistance, whilst not giving you any notice that this would happen because German players are no longer allowed to use the platform. It's likely that bc.game will make a profit from those who do not come here and complain about their funds being confiscated, as it is highly unlikely that all players involved will seek external support to have their withdrawals unblocked. It amazes me that bc.game are still able to operate without scrutiny and with a positive trust rating on this forum (and allowed to advertise elsewhere), though I suppose that's where deep pockets can get even shady practices.
I have been criticizing the Bc game for a long time for their shitty customer support. I have said this multiple times before, and I am repeating this: if there were no holy darkness, there would be hundreds more unresolved cases. It is good to have someone like Holydarkness in the community who steps up and helps these innocent players. I cannot think what the user's fault is in this case. When the user registered his account, he was allowed to play on BC game.
They changed their license and no longer accept players from Germany. So, it was their job to inform the existing players that they didn't accept players from Germany anymore. They should have allowed the players to withdraw their remaining balance and given them a grace period before they applied the changes. This is a pretty interesting case. I would love to see what the BC game says about it. Also, I assume the OP is not the only victim.
Even with holydarkness, it's almost a certainty at this stage that there would hundreds or thousands of players who accept bc.game's judgement to suspend their account/confiscate their coins and accept the loss, due to a variety of reasons, like language barrier, confusion/misunderstanding of the situation, accepting they did something wrong when they didn't, general depression/incapacity to fight, possibly some cases relating to age (I'm sure are gamblers who are minors and can't do KYC), lack of care for the amount (people might not fight over $1 - $1000, depending on the person), privacy concerns (people who generally don't do KYC), and many other factors would deter one from raising a complaint publicly.
