I heard distribution should be within 4 weeks of the sale or sooner and Swap will be after that at some point.

This is not a statement against Storj or for Burst, but how did you possibly have trouble setting up Burst?  That was one of the least confusing plotting and mining set ups that we ever got into and other than the plotting the process was done in less than an hour.  We found that the Storj system was nice, but that the payout information was a little thin and it was just a matter of waiting and assuming that the payouts were there.

Why would it take such a long time?
And there is little activity of devs here recently.

This coin was already released a while ago, they only increased the coins available on the market. The price did already increase though.
