I went through the comments and skim through the YouTube page and I can only see one thing. This is pure politics and this is why I don't like to see Bitcoin and politics.
The residents have every right to complain about noise pollution, it's toxic to the ear when you hear the sound of machines that runs 24/7 and never stop for a break for even one hour but let's look at the the topic and details of the contents; Come with me.
Let's start with the thumbnail of the video.

This is is misleading, the subject looks more of click baiting for views and targeted audience with 2 days and 2 million views. Bitcoin mining machines make noise but is this the best caption for the content? Obviously no.

I checked the YouTube handle, you can see what the page is about.

They also have fund websites.
Let's get back to the content:
I was expecting to see the reporter go home to home. Get talk from people but that site doesn't look like something in a residential area, there are few people that lives in that surrounding. You don't expect mining farms should be in the woods.
The state definitely approved this place for mining activities, they can't do it without the approval of Texas government but you can see all the contents were channeled to the governor and the president who are Bitcoin supporters.
I don't see kids here, I didn't see middle age people. Just old people who live in the county. Though, they have every right to complain about the noise but this is not what I was expecting. This is a targeted content.
