There was a glitch in BC game a week ago, like the website used to go down and games used to disappear. It was fixed but the error stayed for 2-3 days. And I submitted documents for KYC in those 2-3 days because at that moment I didn’t knew there was any glitch, thought it was some network problem.

Sharing my experience regarding the BC Game advanced verification. I think just a month ago or 2.

1. They aren't accepting images or screenshots. Should be the actual file from the bank's attachment or something similar. Yes, the file that I submitted with them is the attachment itself from the bank, and I just removed the password.

2. The ID address submitted to Basic Verification should be similar to the address on the submitted statements required in Advance Verification. In my case, since I submitted a Passport, only the Region/District is enough and not the exact address.

During the time my withdrawal got suspended, I got worried too about advanced verification because of that same address requirement. Good thing it only took a few hours to be reviewed and got approved later on.

He mentioned that he used to use VPN to log in to bcgame. I think this will disrupt the system to match his IPs with the KYC documents he submitted. Note that almost all online casinos don't accept users logging using anonymity tools. This would complicate the KYC verification process. Note that OP has already prior knowledge about bcgame  but he didn't tell why he chose to use VPN. Is Pakistan among the restricted country list on bcgame? This may explain why he was invited to go through advanced verification.

Well, for the next time when you gamble at any site , try to do KYC first so that you do not face such issues at withdrawals. Secondly the use of VPN isn't allowed at bc.game so they have excuse to deny you payment and even block you access based on the fact that you violated the rules. That is the reason that one should carefully read terms and cndition prior to depoisting at the casino.
