I noticed that your live support is offline now when I made a visit right before I made this post. You should make this feature 24/7 as much as possible since customers have different time zones. Its sucks to encounter an issue on time zone that your support was offline.
I have visited this casino twice (yesterday morning and today's evening in my timezone) but the live support is offline in both 2 different timeframe.
Not sure when the working time for the live support, if they have specific limited working hours then they should inform players/visitors by giving a warning message related to the working/effective hours to contact live support.
At this point, I'm not even sure whether their support assistants are ever online. Btw, this is my third day trying, and I still haven't seen them online, visited their site on different times...they always seems offline!
At the same time, it would have been better if they had any alternative solutions, like having an "
active" representative here. But so far their BTT account is also lacking activeness, made only 3 posts to this date!
Imo, having a 24/7 support is crucial for maintaining a healthy amount of active users. If someone had problems, and can't contact support for days, they soon would stop playing for the lack of proper customer support!
