They are allowed until anything change to disallow it. Till that day, what they did are legal, so no big legal issues for them so far.

I don't need a fucking definition of "not allowed", I am asking for reasons why it should be disallowed. Politicians can do all kinds of things already, and they are heavily abusing it such as Nancy Pelosi. Why would you forbid them from issuing a token? It may not be a great thing, but forbidding this explicitly while allowing all kinds of things that are abused on a much bigger scale.

It is another attempt from him to milk money and is part of his Policy Corruption. Since his first Presidency during 2016 - 2020, he already realized that his tweets were able to make very huge impacts on social media and financial markets. He only escalated it in his second Presidency and the cryptocurrency market is like a perfect space for his family doing that.
This is perfectly legal and there is nothing wrong with having a low latency news feed, many companies have this already. You should consider that your views may be a way of subconscious envy showing itself, after all he is in a position of power and is able to combine it with his business experience in order to generate a lot of money for himself, whereas you need to work your whole life to earn what he earns in a couple of minutes. Envy is a very bad trait, many people in this forum have it.
By what decisions, because you don't like that someone can make money in something and you can't? There was literally no manipulation of any kind, it was released as a memecoin, and promoted as a memecoin. If you bought it believing it would go to the moon because it carries Trump's name, that is only on you and not on him.

If you agree with it, then why argue that it should be forbidden? You are contradicting yourself here. The only real issue is when something is fraudulently marketed or misrepresented to the public, e.g., if a memecoin is to be claimed to be the next Bitcoin or if they advertise it with some kind of buy back system that they never do -- in the direction of that. However, such laws already exist and are not related to crypto and they don't need to be. In every other case there is no need to disallow it. If you want to disallow it for Trump, then why stop there? Why not disallow it for every public and influential person too? After all, some of them have even more influence than stupid. Don't be biased. Be consistent and suggest that we ban it for everyone or shut the fuck up, we have too many biased people everywhere.

Ive been waiting for this clarity act to be passed for a really long time. But up until today, all Ive heard about is just the plan itself. A few days ago I read the news that Trumps opposition party proposed a new draft regarding the clarity act. Its about government officials ethics, law enforcement, and anti-money laundering. Even the delay in passing the clarity act has led the US Treasury Secretary to criticize the Democratic Party. Democrats in the Senate are seen as slowing down the approval of the clarity act, and this has become a risky political move that could harm US economic leadership. Im pretty happy with the draft, but Id be even happier if it gets passed soon.
The ethics revisions are way more than enough, but the Democrats are stalling again which proves that this was never about any kind of ethics. They are the worst scum that has ever had any power in our beloved America, but many people are easily manipulated by those that pretend to be the good guys.
