It is very important for an exchange to have a mobile app because it actually make things easy for people who are using them so I agree with you having a mobile app is very important because a lot of people prefer using mobile app to visit an exchange than using a website as for me I usually don't like using website to access any exchange I'm using I even wanted to inform them about having a mobile app so we can be using it.

It looks like they are always updating their system and this is a good one when people complain about a particular something about their exchange I think they immediately run an update on the system to ensure that everything is okay however I will advise that anytime that you people want to run an update please inform your customers in this thread and also on your social media through your social media accounts.

Yeah I think the update is necessary for the future of this project in order to ensure its long term sustainability. It’s equally important to move with the current technology because everyday brings new ideas. But then it’s equally important that its users are also updated and if possibly pre informed about the current update so as to avoid future confusion among its users. I’m sure This is definitely not going to be the last system update.

The Octrace exchange  is at it early stage so let's not be surprised if they are always updating their platform, it is to give their users a better experience.
What I like about the Octrace team is that they pay close attention to what users are saying include the ones that are outside the forum, because I am pretty sure that Octrace is not only on Bitcointalk they definitely have other platforms where they are advertising their exchange.

Congratulations you guys are doing well in other to make sure your exchange succeed and that’s a great way to go, I have seen all the efforts you guys are putting through this thread and I believe you guys are actually ready to run a very successful and reliable exchange.
But I believe the more time your exchange is reliable the more trustworthy people will see you guys, being reliable for 2 to 5 years will give you more valuable customers.

I will like to ask, how can a user delete all order information after the order may have been completed?

As far as i an concern you guys have taken a good step,  by ensuring that your platform is listed on Directory and xmr.cludb/exchanges shows that you guys are in for business.

However, I will also advise that you guys should remain transparent, genuine, and trustworthy, build good reputation on the forum because, what will determine the amount of traffic you will generate from Bitcointalk is good reputation.

Furthermore, ensure to run some promotions on Bitcointalk, organize raffles, Bitcoin prediction contest and many more for more visibility. If possible run a signature campaign, just a friendly piece of advice.

Are you guys finally out of beta? To be honest, I was following this thread for a couple months, and if the service truly is ready to be used by the public without any bugs and stuff, then that is excellent news.

They are not strictly necessary to do but it would be a great idea for raising awareness of the platform on this forum.

is the site down? Can you provide an update?

Due to a significant increase in transaction volume, we need to carry out a substantial amount of work on our side to further scale the service.
As a result, swaps will be temporarily unavailable for the next few days.
We will provide an update once the work is completed and the service is fully operational again.

This site seems to have copied the design of 1inch. It might not matter to users as long as you don’t scam, but it is something that 1inch frowns upon. It specifically mentions on their security page that they work with different companies to take down websites that are abusing their brand. It might be worth considering a redesign so you don’t get flagged as a phishing domain.

The upgrade is complete.
Thank you for your patience.
