Theres already another public complaint where they pulled a $200k heist on a player - askgamblers, plus a $100k theft claim on casino guru.
While you are at it, don't you think it would be a good idea to share the links to those cases in AskGambler and Casinoguru so we see how they tried to resolve them or not? I think it's very important a casino hires a representative who can actually respond to the accusations and also forward some of them to the technical team. Going mute does not help long-term.
