Yes, Casinomeister is still investigating the issue.
Well, after a month of waiting Casinomeister closed the case in favour of Bets.io
The weird thing is, the betting itself suddenly was not the issue anymore and it was now only about "some inconsistencies with the verification process". I have to say I'm very disappointed that Casinomeister went along with that and agree with Bets.io that a full confiscation of not only winning, but also deposit seems to be fair when you cannot remember all details exactly about bets placed, login times etc. for an account that at the point of the video call was already not in use anymore for over a month. I'm also disappointed in Casinomeister that Bets.io are just allowed to change the reason for confiscation on the fly, and they get away with that too.
So, if anybody is willing to undergo tiring verification processes that drag on for weeks with multiple rejected photos in a row that look perfectly fine, then want to undergo a 15 minute video verification call in which they ask rediculously detailed questions that nobody can know precisely from their head (exact bets placed, exact betting times, exact IP-addresses etc).
Then I advise you to join Bets.io and experience it all.
But be ready that if you don't know 20 out of 20 details exactly from your head, that they will confiscate your winnings and deposit.
Bets.io are a SCAM CASINO and I assure Icopress that he will have a ton of hassle being their campaign manager. Know what you get yourself into Icopress. I'm sure you have doubts about their integrity yourself too at this point, also because they didn't even pay your fees for the campaign before. Good luck.
