Just having a bit of dinner discussion with some friends about how long we have been in BTC and what we could prove or be willing to prove.
Friends tend to stop being friends when there's a financial component to the relationship.

A prime example is a joint business, after which friends became enemies. Bitcoin also has a financial component, which can cause discord with friends (if a friend wants to get their hands on your bitcoin), so it's prudent to keep your assets quiet (even with friends) and especially not to try to prove your ownership of bitcoin using past transactions (because to the openness of the blockchain, it's easy to track your wallets and determine the approximate amount of your assets).
My oldest address is from mid 2010 but would not feel comfortable posting that address since it's still in use today.
You're asking in this thread whether users are willing to prove their earliest ownership of bitcoin, but you're not willing to do so yourself.

Of course, if the bitcoin address is active (in use), no one will publish this information. Also, even if the address isn't in use, it could be transferred to other wallets. Therefore, it's best not to post this kind of information in a public space like a forum.
I do have an address from mid 2011 that had BTC0.0001 in and out of it so yeah that is a whatever kind of thing. That was actually what started the talk sine I noticed it received that tiny amount 6/20/2011 or 15 years ago today.
2011? I didn't even know about bitcoin existed back then.

My first
BTC-address (with a balance) was received in 2017, but I've no longer had access to that wallet since then. Therefore, it can be assumed that I am not able to prove this.
