In the last market cycle, Bitcoin made a new history by making new ATH before a Bitcoin halving, this is a first time ever Bitcoin does that before halving.
Now with Bitcoin rallies, two times to above $80k, there are speculations that this time Bitcoin makes a new history and finished this bear market one year earlier than previous market cycles. Then from $80k, it will start a new market cycle, a new bull run, that's too optimistic vision but let's see how Bitcoin will move not only in coming days, weeks but till the end of this year as well as first two quarters of next year 2027.
Yes, I also was thinking about this because patterns are breaking. ATH made before the halving is just one; the pattern was changing and everyone started to make their theories like we are now. That's where they said super cycle can happen and by the end of 2025 everyone, including me, thought it might happen, meaning now bitcoin will never dump but then it dumped harder.
But it's not been a year yet and Bitcoin has touched $80k two times, this is really fascinating. I wonder where those guys went who used to share the inflationary data of the ATH of 2024 with the ATH of the 2020 bull.
Because inflation increased so much that they said Bitcoin was worth $69k in the 2020 bull run, then by numbers it has to be 2x of that for the next ATH because inflation increased the same way. Now I wonder what the inflationary data says. Inflation has increased a lot but not the same way as it increased back then. So maybe this ATH won't be the same?
