I'm getting 11.5% interest on my FDR right now , within 6-7 years my investment will be 100% in profit if I do not cashout.
I'm getting a 10.5% Interest on my DPS , Which I save money in monthly basis. Interest rate drops and increases however it's always around 10% .
So if I invested on BTC I would likely get a 2x - 3x on next bull season. If I count it as 4 year cycle then to make next leg up I would need 4 whole years sitting my fund.
But If I approch this way , depositing my interest from DPS on BTC won't be bad. Making free money from free money.
So according to this situation which one would be better? I wants some actuall numbers not promises.
A 2x3x Bitcoin outcome over four years is possible but not guaranteed.
In FDR, for example, $100,000 compounded annually at 11.5% would become roughly $176,000 after 5 years and $189,000 after 6 years. Bitcoin could outperform that substantially, but it could also be flat or below the initial investment over the same period.
Its a chance worth taking, though, especially when considering the range of earning opportunities that Bitcoins infrastructure already provides, be it in the form of active income (Trading, Mining, Lightning routing, and Bitcoin-related business, amongst others) or passive earnings (Bitcoin lending, staking, or Bitcoin-backed DeFi, towards which weve seen the emergence of platforms such as Babylon Labs and the impact that theyre having towards raising the appeal and long-term viability of such opportunities).
Im more of a risk-loving individual, so when faced with these options, Id go for Bitcoin, but theres no clear-cut better option. So, choose whichever works best for you.
