I'm thinking that we're not at that point yet.. out of the total global population, only 4%-6% have adopted Bitcoin, that number is still actually really small.. there's still so much room for Bitcoin to grow.. and we also haven't seen how more institutions and countries might come in and make Bitcoin their investment.. gradually, this will happen and maybe we'll be able to see Bitcoin become an asset that is so valuable and more widely adopted, just like gold today.
Countries like El Salvador and Central African Republic have accepted Bitcoin as a legal tender with other countries permitting Bitcoin operations under varying conditions, yet Bitcoin has this much publicity already. So imagine when countries like the United States and other countries in the UN accept Bitcoin as a legal tender, what would be the possible outcome of bitcoin?
Bitcoin has a lot more potential to do ten times of its original price, it's not a debate but time will tell. The largest effect Bitcoin can have is nothing compared to what we have already seen, Bitcoin is here to stay.
Of the two countries you mentioned, El Salvador and CAR, they have already revoked Bitcoin's status as legal tender in their countries due to pressure from the IMF.. but even so, Bitcoin is still widely used in El Salvador, and they are even slowly accumulating Bitcoin every day.
As for the chance of Bitcoin becoming legal tender in the US or other countries, I don't think the chance of that happening is that high because there are a lot of considerations when making Bitcoin legal tender, and central banks as well as the IMF are very unhappy about it.. the most likely scenario is that Bitcoin will only become a strategic reserve, like what some countries have already done.. and even if more countries make Bitcoin their strategic reserve, it could have a significant impact on Bitcoin.
