The casino itself won't "tax" any of your winnings. If your country has a law where you are required to pay a percentage of your gambling wins as tax (most countries do), that rule just says that it's your obligation to do so. The casino isn't responsible to pay any taxes in your name. Most tax offices don't have the resources to check around at online casinos and ask for players from their locations who play there and who are required to pay taxes. But in the case they did something like that and jetLA had to pay a fine or a fee to provide them with the requested information, then you will be required to reimburse the casino whatever fee/money they had to pay because of you.
Okay, now it's all understood.
My country has no obligation to pay taxes on the results of gambling winnings, because gambling is totally prohibited here, even someone caught promoting or playing will be arrested, then we play in secret.
I wouldn't worry about it. Like I said, your tax office isn't going to send a request to jetLA one day and request information on their citizens who play there and then investigate each player for possible tax fraud. It's very unlikely.
We believe, will not the tax office until the chase down there, we/they players themselves who will be in the law, while the casino will not get any letter from our government.
Most importantly we do not use direct deposit through banking, if doing so can be detected by the government, all of it can be blocked.
