I'm thinking 🤔, if banks can confuse people to take loan from them using their Bitcoin isn't this breaching decentralisation?
I am not perfect and I am not trying to be, all I care about is knowledge acquirement.
I do not think that it is breaching decentralization. Bank is a centralized platform to begin with and we are transacting in centralized platform created by banks, so I do not see any breach on decentralization here. They just use Bitcoin as an item, Bitcoin, although decentralized in nature, is used in a centralized platform. And I do not see banks breaching Bitcoin's decentralized network here.
Bitcoin, without it's people is nothing, if everyone decides to give up on Bitcoin in a go it will affects Bitcoin, on the other hand, if the banks can control the people, what's left for Bitcoin ?
Any technology without people to adopt it is nothing, so it is not limited to Bitcoin, About banks controlling people, it is normal that people will follow what banks rule is once he registered an account to any of its branches but, people is not focus on a single activity alone. One can have bank accounts while still engaging with Bitcoin and still not fall for banks' enticing offers.
Centralisation has it's way of controlling and forcing people, if they can get their hands on people then they can control Bitcoin, the real strength of Bitcoin is it's people.
Not all people are that dumb. Many can utilize banks' offerings and at the same time utilize Bitcoin's features.
