I've spent a huge amount of time on crypto trading and development over the years. Countless hours experimenting with ideas, building tools, testing approaches, making mistakes, and starting over.
Sometimes I wonder whether all this time and effort will eventually pay off, or whether I've spent too much of my life trying to figure out something that may never work out the way I hope.
I'm still interested in Bitcoin, still experimenting, and still learning. But the longer I do this, the more I think about the real cost of the journey not just money, but time, energy, and opportunities.
For those who've spent years trading or building things in crypto: have you ever wondered whether all the time you've invested will be worth it in the end?
There was an analogy that someone once used to differentiate between trading Bitcoin and holding which is so befitting in my opinion, it was a picture and I can't find it but it describea how the road of trading is so chaotic while the road to holding is more calm.
If I see how some people who claim to be traders are living soft and luxurious lifestyle on social media, I wish I could be like them but there are a lot involved, some of them might not even be making the money from trading but from other means and they are just using trading to cover up.
From what we have been hearing, trading has worked for some people, it could work for you too but if you give up now you won be able to seen the end result. While believing in trading, also focus on something else too, have a plane B, so that if one doesn't work, the other will.
