or maybe it's part of a plan to make the price drop so some can buy cheap? We don't know, but the SEC has to investigate this, because if this turns out to be a scam, this would be the first time I've heard of a custodial exchange scam in the last 3 years.
Honestly, I had the same reaction after reading through the article. It doesn't make sense that a well established firm like Datavault AI that is offering public shares will be less complacent and so passive towards this. They requested withdrawal for over 4 months now, and they're not speaking up. I'd have been freaking out by now if I were in their position: sending lawsuit upon lawsuit, reports upon report, article upon article. I won't be as chill as they are; if my withdrawal didn't go through in just a week time, I'd have freaked out and panicked.
That's why I felt this thing is fishy, Datavault AI is somewhat fishy. Although, I saw that biconomy do have some bad reviews in trustpilot, meaning this has been their normal modus operandi; but still, for Datavault to be this passive about it is really fishy.
