Guys, I'm working with three clients right now. Plus my own crypto tracking on the side, monthly checks of my cold wallet backup, halving countdown alerts, and monthly DCA reminders.
I was using Google Calendar for personal/crypto stuff and Outlook for clients, and honestly, at some point it just started overlapping all over the place. I missed an important backup check like a week before a contract review with my U.S. client while sitting in front of my two screens trying to figure out why my reminder had vanished into thin air. Not exactly the ideal time for that. Anyway, I didnt find the solution by frantically Googling fix calendar overlap for hours on end. Actually, it came from a website. Someone had posted a calendar synchronization tip in a reply that wasnt even about that topic to begin with. I applied it right away to my calendarspersonal, crypto, and clientand since then, theres been no more overlap. The backup reminder always pops up at the right time, as do the halving alerts, and I no longer miss deadlines with my clients, no matter the time zone. How do you manage syncing your work and personal calendars when you have to juggle multiple time zones?
