It takes about 30k BTR (Bter points) to get 10 votes per hour in Bter.com and you get 5k BTER point for every 1 BTC you trade (meaning you buy something for 1 BTC, sell it for 1 BTC) which mean you just have to trade 6 BTC to get 10 votes an hour.
