I understand Bitcoin anonymity and use several methods to make sure my identity is protected in Bitcoin transactions. But what happens when I need to move Bitcoins into USD? Does anyone know of an exchange method under which one can protect their anonymity?  I'm thinking there probably isn't one but I thought I'd just throw this one out there.
