I agree that ORB has a tainted past - last I remember Redmist disappeared without exchanging coins mined on Mad_Max's fork. But you must also agree that ghostlander has given it new life, even if his replies are rather dry.
I'd
never realised forgotten that the premine was actually 1 million ORB, or about 62% of the current supply. It would take something like 2 years to mine that today, and even longer when the block reward was only 0.25 ORB. That's a massive premine.
Has anyone traced the transactions from the first 10 blocks to see how it has been divided up?

Who knows where ORB would be now if it wasn't for the scam developers/miners hating on this currency, a true currency with a noble goal,
we don't want only the elites to colonize space, but clearly ORB needs more support from the people to achieve our end goal of been the space reserve currency,
ORB has over 80 merchants/services here on Earth so far, we submit to Bitcoin been the world reserve currency of Earth, but ORB will have a presence on each planet as well as in space.

I did not lost a single satoshi on ORB, in fact I made a nice profit on it. I was just disappointed with direction to which cryptoscene is heading, as this was one of first scams - yes, scam, because instead of admitting that math is flawed, redmist restlessly persuades everyone that it is superfine and we all are stupid. Only reason why he did not dumped his premine was because there was no place to dump it for reasonable price. Me and others succeded in arguing and forced others to stay out of this shit, by pure math and logic, no FUD. I don´t care where ORB is now, for me it is scam. If new devs are honest, I wish them all the best, but I will stay out of it.

yes TheRedMist did think everything was fine as he was scammed by the developer shakezula,, he even paid for a subsidy update to reach the 31 million as stated after finding out the truth, but shakezula scammed him twice it seems as Ghostlander says the subsidy update didn't work.

simple fact is the funds was used in the advancement of ORB and it now has over 80 merchants/services from Food to Gold.
a scam would be if it was dumped or sold as an IPO, it wasn't it was given away to merchants/services/users/miners and what's left over is now in the hands of our new head of development.
