as for the marketing:

1. Did someone already have the idea to find out if either
rechargeable battery manufacturers
or
energy bar producers
might be interested in some cooperation/sponsoring?

Would fit perfectly and it would not have to be the biggest fish in the pond for starters
maybe some producer of organic energy bars, that could point out the "green" effect of PoS

2. As i am also involved in BC
how about asking https://sharexcoin.com/ to add BC as base currency so there could be "PoS only" trades?

1. If you already have an accoount with Mintpal and did some trading you should be able to vote. Just select "Voting" from the menu above after you logged in, on the voting page scroll down the list to find Energycoin and click on vote in the far right column.

2. If you don't have an account, register and do some trading to enable voting, then follow the steps above.
