Maybe you have overlooked it, but your coin isn't the first one with a free distribution (ITC, FAC, PMC, COMM, Freebies, NPD, C2, SHARE, ...)
So there are tons of fakeaccounts already created for the other coins, which were released before your coin. So before 29th april.

Some little requirements would be really good to avoid this exploiting.
I don't think your distribution is fair if some people get 10x more shares with multiaccounts than other people who don't have created a lot fakeaccounts.

No not really.
1. As I said before, there were already tons of fakeaccounts created before today. But you are right, these accounts which are created today and in future should be removed of course.
2. To check the inactivity isn't also very effective because if they login at least to add the signature, they are no longer inactive. Besides that it isn't much work to login everyday with a fakeaccount.

The most effective way in my opinion is to add a minimum post number of at least 25. If an account isn't a fake it won't be a lof of work to get 25 posts within the next 2 weeks (= timeframe of the distribution), but it is hard for multiaccounts to achieve this if you have 10+ of them.
Other way would be to add a minimum activity for each account (at least 14).
