I am hoping to see this coin launch soon.....BUT if anyone is looking to mine a decent NEW country coin think about Canada Coin CDA until PHC launches. 

CDA Canada coin diff is low, it is up on an exchange (not a major exchange but a nice one none the less), nice wallet  POW/POS has a few pools, and still lots of bounties and give aways.

Announcement about the launch: PHCoin (PHC) launch date extended approximately 7 days (Estimated date: 05/23/2014) 7:00 PM PST, USA Timezone

PHCoin Team has decided to extend the launch for PHCoin's X11 Miner and Payment wallet.
The launch might come sooner than later, and only the community will find out if you are in this thread.

This is not a quick launch coin with no future, the coin must be 100% ready before releasing it to the community.
In order to deliver a solid coin, and stable launch, this decision was highly necessary.  BitcoinTalk users that were
around since the beginning until now will be rewarded with PHCoin once the coin launches. Bounties will be
