I am interested in this project.

My understanding is that an entity called, "The PAR Foundation" was created in 2016 to help facilitate transfer through regulator burdens.
Where is this entity created, how was it created, do you have a copy of the articles of incorporation?

Please advise so that due diligence may be conducted and the project further evaluated.
