I would think you would add this to your bat file:
cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://uscent1.cryptoalts.com:3333 -u BJQdYzSKSDtM73iBuKpBcJpDU2JpacgdRa -p x
But replace the black coin address with your XC addy.

I take it they know to pay in XC because of the payment address? They are mining most profitable scrypt coin then and trading that for XC, then take out fee and send balance to given payment address in username field? I think that is how I am understanding this works:-)

you can compare you block height w/ the block explorer to make sure but I don't believe that the fork exists anymore (at least I haven't seen it sending out requests to the network)
